Preparation :

• Bring 200 ml of water to the boil
• Add 1 teaspoon (3 grams)
• Let infuse at 95°C for 7 minutes
• Pour the mixture into a cup
• Wait a few minutes before drinking it (it's hot).

Directions for use:1 cup of OWARI SWEET SLEEP per day, just after dinner (it takes 3 hours for the water to pass through the body and act).

Conservation :DOUX SOMMEIL OWARI, keep in its original packaging, away from light, heat and humidity.
